Andrew Espinosa, Esq. Andrew Espinosa is a Managing Partner at Farmer & Espinosa, LLC where he provides consulting and legal services for the cannabis industry. Andrew consults and advises in Illinois’ Cannabis Industry on a variety of matters. Andrew is skilled in the cannabis business application and licensing process. He proactively works to maintain regulatory compliance for his clients by navigating and remaining current with the always evolving marijuana state and local laws. Andrew has a background in business and finance. He received his B.B.A. in Marketing Management at The University of New Mexico – Anderson School of Management. Andrew worked in Finance for four years before becoming an Attorney. He went to The John Marshall Law School in Chicago receiving a J.D. along with a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Andrew is licensed to practice law in Illinois. He gained legal experience at The John Marshall Law School's Veterans Legal Support Center where he assisted in need Veterans with disability benefits and discharge upgrades, while also gaining courtroom experience in petty offense. He gained experience at Saper Law learning valuable tools in entertainment law, intellectual property, and trademarks law. Next, he worked for Justice Michael Hyman in the Illinois Appellate Court where he observed many appellate hearings and excelled in providing extensive legal research, writing appellate briefs, and speeches. Andrew has extensive experience in reviewing and writing contracts as well as negotiations.
